The Apartment
The 87 m2 penthouse (atico) apartment with hot and cold air conditioning, is situated on the 7th floor in El Consulado block Calpe, with lift opening on the top floor only to your apartment. No carrying suitcases down an endless corridor !
It benefits from one twin bedded room (can be made into double bed if requested) with fitted wardrobes and remote control ceiling fan. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge, providing accomodation for a further 2.
The clean and comfortably furnished lounge has satellite TV, which includes a small number of english channgels (news etc..) & there is a DVD player and a small selection of DVD's. The doors open out onto the terrace and another onto the conservatory complete with dining table and chairs.

The apartment also offers a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge freezer, electric oven, 4 ring gas hob, electric kettle and toaster.

The bathroom has bath and shower facilities and is home to the washing machine.

All bedlinen, towels (not beach towels) and the cleaning of the apartment when you leave is included in the cost. The apartment also has an iron and ironing board and hair dryer for your use.
The private partially glazed terrace faces East with views over the town towards the sea and Penon de Ifach (Calpe Rock).
The sunny terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sunloungers. We would kindly ask smokers to only use this area of the apartment for smoking. Thank you.
